Over the past five decades, ULO Systems has built a global offshore industry reputation, becoming a market leader in subsea solutions, grouting and foundations in the Gulf Region and a Tier-1 subcontractor for offshore wind projects. ULO continues to diversify its portfolio, expanding the reach of its engineered products in the marine sector and its fleet of offshore wind purpose-built high-capacity mixers.
ULO was founded based on the core values of quality, integrity and innovation. ULO’s use of fabric formwork was seen a major development in the offshore oil industry.
ULO completed underbase grouting at Ninian Central Platform, one of the first concrete structures in the North Sea. ULO successfully introduces the use of geotextile grout bags for pipeline stabilisation.
ULO Systems opened its Middle East operations, establishing its headquarters in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. From its state-of-the-art equipment workshop, storage and stores, ULO Systems provides global support to offshore applications.
ULO Manufactured and supplied concrete mattresses for the 1st time. The mattresses utilise a polypropylene moulding system that greatly reduces the production time when compared to steel moulding system and also provides mattresses of various sizes ranging from 100mm to 900mm in thickness
ULO Systems launches the new-generation recirculating jet mixer (RJM) and high-capacity pump to reduce grouting time significantly. ULO Systems strives to bring to market the most advanced equipment to reduce downtime and increase reliability.
Moray east project to be set-up as milestone “Successfully completed the grouting scope for the 103 foundations of The Scotland’s largest Offshore Wind Farm – Moray East Offshore Wind Farm, safely and effectively installed.
ULO Systems provided pile drilling services including supply of a pile top drilling rig and competent drilling personnel.
